Conditions of Participation for Competitions

1. Organizer The organizer of the competition is HMZ Handel UG (limited liability).

2. Eligibility All natural persons aged 18 and over residing in Germany are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Participation Participation takes place through the actions described in the pop-up. Each person may only enter the competition once. Multiple entries are excluded.

4. Prize, Determination of the Winner, and Notification The prize consists of the prize stated in the pop-up. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible participants. The winner will be notified by email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.

5. Delivery of the Prize The prize will be sent digitally to the winner at the address or contact option provided. Cash payment or transfer of the prize is excluded.

6. Exclusion from the competition: The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions or attempts at manipulation.

7. Early termination: The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition for good cause without prior notice.

8. Data protection: The personal data collected from participants will be used exclusively for the conduct of the competition and subsequently deleted, unless there is a legal obligation to retain them. 9. Liability: The organizer assumes no liability for technical malfunctions that could prevent participation in the competition.

10. Legal recourse: Legal recourse is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
