What to do in the event of a recall?

Returns and refunds: We offer you either a refund or a replacement of the product. Please contact our customer service with your proof of purchase to arrange the return or exchange. Returning the product: Follow the instructions on our website or in the return notification. In many cases, we will provide you with a free return label.
