Recalls – Your Safety Is Important To Us.

At Canvarisma, the safety of our customers is our top priority. If we discover that a product in our range poses a safety risk, we will notify you immediately and initiate a recall. This only applies to products that pose a potential health or safety hazard.

What to do in the event of a recall?

Checking the affected product: If you have purchased an affected product, you will receive a detailed notice with all important information, such as the affected item number and production period. Returns and refunds: We offer you either a refund or a replacement of the product. Please contact our customer service with your proof of purchase to arrange the return or exchange. Returning the product: Follow the instructions on our website or in the return notification. In many cases, we will provide you with a free return label.
